Are The Beady Eye the new Seahorses?
I've said this on rock before, but both were formed out of the remnants of an incredibly influential Manchester band, who were seen to have lost the way in the latter years of their career - for anthem 'Love is the Law' listen to anthem '4 Letter Word'.
For 'Blinded by the Sun' - 'The Roller'
For 'Talk to Me' - 'Bring the Light'
Both decent rock bands, but no where near as influential as their original band ....
Guess the album will tell!

They'll never be as influential, thats for sure. But how many 40 year old bands still are? I like the seahorses though, heard blinded by the sun on the radio the other day second, unreleased album is good too

The Seahorses album IS class, so even if they were theres nothing wrong with that.
But lets stop kidding ourselves its a new band. Beady Eye are still Oasis, just the same as REM were REM without Bill Berry.
So no. Beady Eye are not The Seahorses
