Re: Your Top 10 Films of all time?
This is a tough one (for this I am gonna count trilogies as one film - as the best trilogies are one film divided in three)
Also not going to put them in order as too hard!!!!
Indiana Jones Trilogy
Original Star Wars Trilogy
The Man With No Name Trilogy
The Bourne Trilogy
Thunderball (as my James Bond representative)
The Godfather
Wayne's World
28 Days Later
Pulp Fiction
Mystic River

I watched The Bourne Supremacy at school because I had to review it as a piece of coursework... I fell asleep
I'm guessing I'd have to watch the first one

Re: Your Top 10 Films of all time?
The best Indie episode was the one with last crusade or something.
I love 28 days/weeks later.
My random list:
Forrest Gump
Schindler's list
No, I take it back... I'll just post some of the movies I loved from the past few years...
Martyrs
In the electric mist
The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (I love Tommy Lee Jones)
Natural Born Killers
Sixth Sense
Unbreakable
Flawless (with De Niro)
Saw
2 days in Paris
The Wrestler
Fargo
No country for old men
Se7en
erm..and some others not too many people've heard about, plus my fave Hungarian ones (not that anybody would give a fuck about them):
Soose halunk meg
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108194/
Maybe the best Hungarian film ever, a cool satire about the communism in Hungary in the 50s:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0065067/
Kontroll (not about Joy division) maybe this one could be your best bet as a foreigner...directed by Antal NimrĆ³d (director of the latest Predators movie)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0373981/

Ocean's 12???? Really???? 11 was a top film but 12 was just terrible. 13 was okay.
and the Village? Who didn't see that twist coming after 20 mins into the film?
Danny Boyle is prob my fave director:
Shallow Grave
Trainspotting
A Less Less Ordinary
The Beach
28 Days Later
Millions
Sunshine
Slumdog Millionaire
127 Hours
not seen the last yet but all those I put in bold are great films, and even the others are interesting

didnt he do an early one about surfing with Ewan McGregor in it?
Or was that some other director. Boyle's a local boy to me, Radcliffe is only 6/7 miles away

Iron man 1& 2
Gladiator
The Green Mile
Troy

Harry Potter - despite the ott hype, the concept of these films are incredible, and are great to watch

Re: Your Top 10 Films of all time?
No one would like my list. I'm not a big fan of action films so all mine are chick flicks and comedies mainly! Plus I have a short attention span which doesn't help with watching films. So I'd say this is my list...
1. Titanic
2. Bridget Jones
3. Gladiator
4. Love Actually
5. American Pie 2
6. Ali G In Da House
7. Borat
8. Wizard Of Oz
9. The Green Mile
10. Sliding Doors
I know it is a shite list lol.
